How To Play Ghost Game

If you are ready to play Ghost Game, get your group together. You can sit around a table or stand in a circle, this all depends on where you are and how many people have decided to play.

  1. Since this game is every man for themselves, you don’t have to worry about splitting up into partners or teams. You only have to make sure your group is sitting (or standing) in the order that you play. This will make the game less confusing once you get into it.
  2. The first player will start off with a letter.
  3. The second player will add a letter to that word and the chain will keep going until somebody spells out the word.
  4. Keep in mind, every time a player says a particular letter they have to have a word in mind. If it seems like a player is just throwing a letter out there, you can challenge them.

For example, if player 1 says “T” and player 2 says “H” then the third player can’t throw an M in there randomly. If they do you need to challenge them to find out what word they had in mind. If they can’t come up with a word then they are disqualified.

The last player standing is the Ghost Game champion. This is one of the most fun free games you can play in a group that is also challenging.
